The objective is SáGa Foods Zrt. is to play a prestigious role in the domestic and international market with its high quality products, innovative attitude and the serving the consumers at the highest level possible.

THEREFORE SÁGA FOODS ZRT. SET THE FOLLOWING OBJECTIVES:

  • Producing high quality products through the operation and continuous development of a quality management system
  • Developing quality-oriented technologies,
  • Continuously developing its products and processes in order to better meet the needs and expectations of its customers and consumers,
  • Managing customer and consumer complaints at the highest level possible,
  • Complying with legal requirements and requirements set by the quality management and food safety standards in force,
  • Regular training of its employees – including new employees – in order to get acquainted with the objectives of the quality management system, the food safety system, as well as with the methods of implementation,
  • Communicating and complying with the requirements of the Code of Conduct,
  • Cooperating with the suppliers in order to get the high quality requirements set by them to accepted,
  • All purchased raw materials and additives, as well as all finished products shall have a valid specification.

 

TO ACHIEVE THESE OBJECTIVES, WE UNDERTAKE THE FOLLOWING:

  • We make all our employees aware that they are – by complying with the regulations – obliged to do everything on their working area to ensure high quality of the manufactured goods, to continuously satisfy the needs of our customers.
  • We consider the validation of the quality aspects to be a determining factor during the preparation and production processes.
  • We want to achieve the implementation of conscious quality management in our operations, work management and organization, as well as in training our colleagues.
  • Our specialists are in constant contact with our customers, that has a dual purpose: to assess the legitimate quality demands against the manufactured goods, on the other hand to learn customers’ opinion on our achievements regarding product quality.
