Our “Selyemsonka” products having a history of more than 20 years are made from turkey meat. The “Selyemsonka” products containing 70% meat are lactose- and gluten free, they do not contain added soy. The wafer thin slices are excellent for sandwiches, salads and even for diets – but be careful, one slice is never enough.
